Your motion simulator is a significant investment, and getting everything to work exactly as intended can sometimes be challenging. From software installation and calibration to motion profile tuning and troubleshooting, even a small configuration issue can affect the overall experience.
 
At SIMR Garage SimSports, we provide on-site assistance to help you unlock the full potential of your motion simulator. Whether you're using Simhub or Sim Racing Studio (SRS), our team can assist in setting up, optimising, and fine-tuning your system to deliver a smoother, more immersive, and race-ready experience.
 
Over the years, we have completed numerous motion simulator setup and optimisation projects, achieving a 100% success rate in all motion software support cases handled to date. More importantly, we don't just fix the issue. We take the time to explain the process and share our knowledge so that you'll have a better understanding of your own system moving forward. Our service may include software installation, motion system configuration and calibration, profile optimisation based on your simulator hardware and driving preferences, troubleshooting of software-related issues, and practical guidance to help you confidently manage and maintain your setup in the future.
 
Service fees start from RM150, with the final amount determined based on the complexity of the work involved, the time required to complete the tasks, and the travelling distance from our office in Semenyih to your location. For customers within the Klang Valley, a minimum fee of RM150 applies. This covers transportation, the initial assessment, and the time spent attending to your simulator setup. For locations outside the Klang Valley, additional transportation and travel-related charges may apply. Any additional costs will always be discussed and agreed upon before the appointment is confirmed.
 
We believe in delivering value through results. If the agreed work is completed, the corresponding service fee will be payable upon completion of the tasks. However, if the issue cannot be fully resolved or the outcome does not meet expectations, only the applicable minimum fee will be charged. For appointments outside the Klang Valley, agreed travel-related charges remain applicable regardless of the outcome of the visit.

Placing Your Order

Ordering this service is simple. Add the service to your cart and proceed through the checkout process as usual. During checkout, please select "Self Pickup" under the Shipping Method section. This is necessary to prevent any shipping or delivery charges from being added to your order.

Although "Self Pickup" is selected for system purposes, our team will travel to your location to carry out the service. Once payment has been received and verified, we will contact you to arrange a suitable appointment date and time based on your availability and location. Our services are available throughout the Klang Valley, including Selangor and Kuala Lumpur, while customers from other locations are welcome to contact us to discuss suitable arrangements.
