Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, destination, and the courier service selected. Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping information provided is accurate and complete.

6. Self-Collection

Where available, customers may choose to collect their purchases from our designated location in Semenyih, Selangor. Collection arrangements must be made in advance, and proof of purchase may be required.

7. Appointments and Simulator Sessions

Appointments for simulator demonstrations, consultations, testing sessions, or related services are subject to availability and prior confirmation. SIMR Garage SimSports reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel appointments with reasonable notice.

Customers who fail to attend scheduled appointments without prior notice may be required to make a new booking.

8. Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

Refunds, returns, exchanges, and cancellations shall be governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. Customers are encouraged to review the policy before making a purchase.

9. Warranty
