1. Overview

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to order processing, delivery, and shipment of goods purchased from us.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the parcel is handed over to the courier

 

2. Shipping Coverage

  • We deliver to all addresses within Malaysia (Peninsular and East Malaysia)

  • International shipping is available upon request. Customers are required to contact us in advance for a quotation before placing an order

 

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day

  • A shipping confirmation email will be sent once the order has been dispatched

 

4. Delivery Partners & Estimated Timeframes

We work with reputable courier services including Pos Laju, J&T Express, and DHL (via EasyParcel).

Estimated delivery times:

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 2–5 business days

  • East Malaysia: 4–7 business days

These delivery timelines are provided by third-party couriers and are estimates only. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, peak seasons, or courier operational constraints, which are beyond our control.

 

5. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location

  • For oversized, fragile, or special-handling items, a separate freight quotation may be required and will be provided within 1 business day after order confirmation

 

6. Tracking Information

  • Tracking details will be sent via email and made available in the customer’s order history once the order has been shipped

  • Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the courier system, as this is managed by third-party logistics providers

 

7. Self-Pickup Option

  • Self-pickup is available free of charge at our location in Semenyih, Selangor

  • Customers will be notified once the order is ready for collection

  • Orders must be collected within 7–14 days from the notification date unless otherwise arranged. Failure to collect within this period may result in order cancellation or storage limitations

 

8. Split Shipments

In some cases, orders may be fulfilled and shipped in multiple parcels due to stock availability or product size constraints. This will not incur additional shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

 

9. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

A shipment is considered delayed if there is no tracking movement for more than 5 business days.

If your parcel is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date or receipt of the parcel.

To assist in the investigation, customers must provide:

  • Order details

  • Clear photos of the packaging and items received (if applicable)

We will liaise with the courier service to investigate the issue and may offer:

  • Replacement of the item (subject to availability), or

  • Refund, where applicable and approved after investigation

Please note:

  • Minor cosmetic damage to the outer packaging that does not affect the product itself is not considered a valid claim

 

10. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

We are not liable for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Any costs incurred for re-delivery due to address errors will be borne by the customer.

 

11. Failed Delivery or Unclaimed Parcels

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • Failure to collect from the courier or pickup point

The parcel may be returned to us by the courier.

In such cases:

  • Additional shipping charges will apply for re-delivery

  • Refunds (if applicable) may be adjusted to deduct shipping and handling costs

 

12. General Disclaimer

All shipping information, including delivery timelines, is provided in good faith based on courier estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or external factors beyond our control.
