1. Overview

We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the terms outlined in this policy.

This policy applies to all purchases made through our official sales channels.

 

2. Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact

  • Item must be resalable upon inspection

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to partial refund at our discretion.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

  • Products without original packaging or missing components

 

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (photos or videos).

Upon verification, we will offer one of the following remedies:

  • Replacement of the item (subject to stock availability), or

  • Full refund, including applicable delivery charges

 

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service with order details and the reason for the return

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging

  4. Ship the item to the provided return address (unless pickup is arranged)

  5. Await inspection and confirmation upon receipt

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

 

6. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item).

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

 

7. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider

We reserve the right to deduct amounts if the item is not returned in its original condition.

 

8. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be offered if eligible under this policy.

 

9. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may only be cancelled before shipment confirmation

  • Once an order has been shipped, it will be treated under the standard return policy

 

10. Inspection & Final Decision

All returned items will undergo inspection. Approval of refunds or replacements is subject to compliance with this policy. Our decision after inspection is final.
