There's nothing more frustrating than being ready to race, only to discover that your simulator isn't working the way it should. Whether it's a hardware malfunction, software conflict, calibration issue, or a device that simply refuses to communicate properly, identifying the root cause can often be time-consuming and overwhelming.

At SIMR Garage SimSports, we specialise in diagnosing and resolving issues affecting both motion and non-motion sim racing setups. From entry-level systems to more advanced configurations, our experienced team provides on-site technical support to help restore your simulator to optimal working condition so you can spend less time troubleshooting and more time enjoying the drive.

Our troubleshooting services cover a wide range of issues, including hardware and software diagnostics, wheelbase, pedal, shifter, handbrake, and peripheral-related problems, device connectivity and communication failures, calibration inconsistencies, system performance concerns, and general simulator optimisation. We also take the opportunity to share practical knowledge and maintenance tips to help you better understand your setup and reduce the likelihood of similar issues occurring in the future.

Every simulator issue is different. For this reason, our service fees start from RM150, with the final amount determined based on the complexity of the problem, the time and effort required to diagnose and resolve it, and the travelling distance from our office in Semenyih to your location. For customers within the Klang Valley, a minimum fee of RM150 applies. Customers located outside the Klang Valley may incur additional transportation and travel-related charges. Any additional costs will always be discussed and mutually agreed upon before the appointment is confirmed, ensuring complete transparency with no hidden surprises.

One of the principles we stand by is fairness. If we successfully identify and resolve the issue, the agreed service fee will only be payable upon completion of the work. However, if we are unable to rectify the problem after carrying out our troubleshooting process, no troubleshooting service fee will be charged. For visits outside the Klang Valley, any previously agreed travel-related expenses remain applicable, as these costs are incurred in attending the appointment.

Placing Your Order

To engage our troubleshooting service, simply add this service to your cart and proceed through the checkout process as normal. During checkout, please select "Self Pickup" under the Shipping Method section. This is required to prevent shipping or delivery charges from being automatically added to your order.

Although "Self Pickup" is selected for system purposes, our team will travel to your location to carry out the troubleshooting service. Once your payment has been received and verified, we will contact you to arrange a suitable appointment date and time based on your availability and location. Our services are available throughout the Klang Valley, including Selangor and Kuala Lumpur. Customers from other states and regions are also welcome to contact us to discuss possible arrangements.
